Does anyone have advice on how to handle a letter from a company that is sending a bill from over 3 years ago? It's still in question whether the charges are real. The letter claims they did an audit and found that the credit card had never been charged as it was supposed to have been. Are there statutes of limitation on how many years they can go back to charge you from their mistake?
