I would say yes. Do you have assets that they know about. Salaried job that they can garnish?
Better protect your banking info now. If you have ever paid the original creditor/or CA with your current account, close that account now. Open account in a different bank with spouse as primary (if possible). Ounce of prevention. Do whatever you can do to protect your assets NOW.
