I've been sued for a debt I didn't believe I had until after the crooked CA's took all my money out of the bank. The case is still pending. My question now is, has anyone ever heard of a default judgment being dismissed "with prejudice". The crooks filed suit AFTER sol, I have the proof and I'm presenting it in court when my case is heard (Appellate Court)I need a few cases regarding default judgments, I want my money back. Any help on where I can get this information on-line would be greatly appreciated. I'm doing this Pro Se and Brief is due by end of this month. Thank you in advance
