You need to get ALL the paperwork, what they claimed as proof of service etc. etc. You need documentation that it was fraudulen servce, you need to file to vacate the judgment on the grounds of fraud and no service and abuse of proccess and denial of your civil rights and denial of your due proccess, you need to see the Court requirements for YOUR Court for service, etc.

The issue of SOL is only a PART of your claim, it falls under the denial of your rights to due proccess, and your right to present your affirmative defense of SOL.

Much of this is on my website, under Misc. Legal Stuff.
