Keyser is exactly right about their propensity to sue at the tail of the SOL. But sometimes, as in my case, they MISS! They tend to save batches of cases to file all at once and seldom take the time to check the exact date that the SOL expires. They only need to miss by one day. :-)

So be quiet and don't bring your file to the top of the list, where they're likely to pay attention and flag it, by raising a fuss.
