The back taxes can be taken care of by an Offer In Compromise with the IRS....I just took care of about $5,000 with a payment of $280.00. What ever you do file your taxes on time or get an extension. Everyones situation is different, and it is Best to consult with a tax service or CPA on the offer in compromise for taxes. I would also recommend that you consult with a BK attorney on the rest of your debt to see if BK is an option.
Personally, I filed BK7 and then did the offer...There is hope.
