Dear Scott: How much of a no-no is it for CAMCO to send an individual a collection letter regarding an account that was discharged in Chapter 7 bankruptcy years ago? Isn't there a law forbidding the collection of a debt after the debt has been discharged in Chapter 7 bankruptcy? What kind of trouble (legal and/or criminal) can CAMCO get in for doing that? Thanks!!!
