Its a HUGE NO-NO !! Attempting to collect on a discharged debt is a violation of the FEDERAL bankruptcy laws and SCAMCO can be in a LOT of trouble if someone calls them on the carpet for it - and follows thru with a lawsuit in Federal court.

Scott will help you with what to send them and what complaints to file. However, make sure that any letter you send includes something along the lines of this;

'if you do not immediately cease and desist all collection activities, I will not hesitate to file a Motion for Contempt and Request for Fines and Sanctions against your company with the Federal Bankruptcy court, xxxxx District'.

IF they are STUPID enough to send you any more letters or to call you after that, then a complaint to the Feds at the BK court is called for.
