i hope others will be along to help, but this is what i did. i called ford credit and told them my situation. i have the number if u need it for that company. they worked wonderfully with me..and did all they could so we didnt lose our truck. next time..please call them when u know ur in trouble. that wont help now i know, but. i would call and tell them the truth on ur situation..when u can pay them and do it from a pay phone. dont tell them where the car is and get caught up as soon as u can. find out how much u owe..and what they wil take. i would western union them the money asap. ask for their routing number. good luck! ford, at least, will work with you as long as you tell them every step of the way whats up. i hope yours will also. i would do this by phone because the longer it goes on, the worse it will be.
