This is *very* disturbing and shows the level of intelligence of the people working there. In this day and age of computerized record-keeping, altering records will always leave a trail.

If I were you, scott, I think I'd contact my local AG's office *and/or* the FBI before anyone has the chance to investigate it closely. If an employee commits an offense that will cause the company liability, I would not put it past them to fire the employee AND try to cover their tracks.
