Motion for Discovery! That debt is not yours until you see the signed charge slips with your signature. Ask them to produce the accounting ledger to show they loaned you something of value and gave you any consideration. You funded any of the amount that went into the account by signing the charge slip. They had nothing to loan directly or indirectly until you started signing the charge slips. They won't be able to produce anything of value.
