HELP! Motion for Summary Judgement

Received in mail today, Motion for Summary Judgement filed with court. How do I reply, the attorney debt collector, still has not absoutely validated this debt. Sent request to validate, before validation was received filled a lawsuit, to present day it has not been properly validated! Can I file a motion to dismiss with predujice, because of that. How would i do that, have no money for attorney. Anything else i can do, greatly appreciated! What is a summary judgement.
