What can they take in a judgement?

My husband and I live in NC. He has had a judgement on him for the past 13 yrs. He has always had all of his property in another person's name, except for a truck he financed a year ago. We recently paid the truck off and put it in my name. We got papers for the judgement this week, can they still take our truck? Any info is very much appreciated.
