I live in Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia. It is the Philadelphia Telco Credit Union/DBA Trumark Financial Credit Union.

If I do not appear it says a judgement will be entered as default. This was on my credit reports as charge offs at one point and then they disappeared and haven't been on for years.

What is the best response?
