Your orginal post said that the account had charged off 7 years ago, and that you had not heard from them in 7 years, now you say you defaulted less than 4 years ago, if so, and it is a Credit Union, then I suggest you get a lawyer to help you.

Many smaller Credit Unions do not report to the CRA's.
