Debt settlement rarely (if ever) perform as promised. Law suits seem to be high for those people who choose a debt settlement company.
I can't predict what the judge will do, but I think you will have a better chance if you hire an attorney to represent you. Creditors attorneys seem to be ignoring you. Some judges don't have a lot of patience with people who defend themselves pro se. Sounds like you are a perfect canidate for bk. Best to file bk before they get a judgement because it will be extra work and extra costs if your attorney has to vacate a judgement. That is a seperate action from the bk. Good Luck
