Charge off occured in August 2000. Suit filed in April 2001. Answer and counterclaim filed. Pre-trial set for August 2001. Plaintiff doesn't show. I show an hour late thinking I was on time. Judge dismisses case w/o prejudice. Nothing else has happened. Was SOL restarted when they filed? What can I expect? Thanks vey much in advance. State is Ohio.
