Got a leeter from a Collector

I recently disputed an arbitration though the National Arbitration forum and MBNA (clearly these idiots were with creditor) adn they "won" and award and now I received a letter from the a CA (Collection Law Center) threaten me to sue if I do not pay but supposdely I have to pay about $2000 more than the defaulted amount !. That is outrageous ! What can I do? Who are these "Collection Law Center"? Are they real lawyer or just a bottom feeder collection outfit?
