SOL on Auto Loan

I had a call this morning from a 'witchy' woman stating that she was calling me on an auto loan from 1990. At first I told her I had NO idea what she was talking about that my auto loan was at Ford Credit.
She got snotty and so did I. I told her to not call me here at work and she asked for my home number. I refused to give it. I do know NOW what she is talking about and have NO idea what happened to that car. Was a really bad time in my life that I don't care to remember. Question being what if anything can she do? I don't have the resources to repay it.
I shouldn't have gotten snotty but at 8:30am and just getting to work it was not a plesant call.
I am in IL and the loan company is in another state I just don't remember which one.. and if I remember correctly it doesn't show up on my credit report cause I had forgotten all about it.
