They are committing a crime - attempting to collect on a discharged debt is a vioaltion of FEDERAL law !!

Scott will be along to help you with SCAMCO. You need to send them a cease and desist letter - no emails ! - use the good 'ole US Postal Service for this one.

In the C&D you include something like the following:

"Federal bankruptcy law prohibits collection on a discharged debt. If you do not immediately cease and desist ALL collection activities, I will file a Motion for Contempt and Request for Fines and Sanctions against your company with the Federal Bankruptcy Court xxxxx District (where you filed)."

This is a REAL action you could take should they decide to keep breaking the law and the Fed BK court doesn't like scummy violators like SCAMCO, its a serious violation.
