Attorney General and the Attorney General of whichever State this scum scammer is from. This is the newest of CA scams, they find old unpaid uncollectible judgments, make up a Mickey Mouse assignment(usually forged) from whomever the OC was that entered the judgment, and try to squeeze $$ from victims like yourself. Your Fl. judgment is uncollectible since it was not refiled in Tallahassee by 10/2003. Even if it WAS still valid, unless there is a recorded assignment of the judgment, it can not be enforced by anyone other than the party that entered it. If anyone TRIED to enforce it against you in Tx. they would not be able to, as it is no longer certifiable, which is required for domestication in another State. I suggest you Opt Out, wait a few weeks, then dispute it off your reports, IF it is still there.
