Sherrif brought me a summons on a cc account. Of course I can't see my lawyer until next week. BK is not an option because I have too much equity in my home. Can someone tell me realistically what my attorney can do to help me? Will the scumbag CA that is suing me negotiate? Up until now I've completely ignored all collection calls and letters - is it too late to make them prove that I owe what they say I owe? Strangely enough, I'm not nearly as upset as I am angry!!!!!!!
