I'd try for a consolidation loan thru a bank as a first option. They tend to have low interest rates and it can be paid back a little at a time, say 2-5years with a set monthly amount. The interest fees would already be added on to the amount of the laon you want to take out. I've done one in the past before and had great success.

IF you go with a credit card transfer, I'd stay away from Discover and MBNA. (my personal opinion from what I've read here and their business tactics)

Oh, and my fiance currently has a consolidation loan thru Wells Fargo. It was for 2,000 and he pays $38.00 a month. He pays a little more each month than the minimum though, even though it doesn't collect more interest, just to try and pay it off sooner.
