CRA CORRECTION

I had an account that was charged off by AMEX, then went to an attorney and I paid the account in full. I have a letter from AMEX and the attorney stating it was paid in full. It is scheduled to fall off my CRA in October, 2004, however, they are reporting that $350 was charged off. How do I get this corrected? Do I send them copies of the letters from the attorney and AMEX that it was paid in full?
