I am sorry you didn't stay around to see the warnig and advice to opt out at least 6 months before seeking a mortgage.

You can dispute the (probably re-aged) trade lines with the fraudulent entry dispute letter from my website, you can add your complaint to the pile with the FTC,and you can file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

If this was a refi, you can reapply after disputing and geting it cleared off, and since interest rates are going down right now, you likely will not have enough damages to make it worth while to file suit against these scumbags.
