He would have to file against you in your original State,and use the "public notice" in THAT State, which would do him no good as he would have to lie and swear he did not know your current address. To file against you in your CURRENT State, he would have to find a lawyer licensed in your State dumb enough to take the case.

If you sent him the SOL letter, CRRR you are safe. I would guess that since it is income tax audit time for him he is trying to document all his fake expenses and "bad debts".
