MCM is absolutely right. Don't give this guy another nickel. He is in violation of FDCPA. If you talk to him (one last time) tell him that he is in violation of FDCPA and that you will be talking to your attorney about these violations.
What state are you in and when was the last time you paid the original creditor before the account became deliquent?
