I suggest that you stop requesting the CRA delete because of a "restrictive endorsement" as it is a non issue.

If you paid in full BEFORE chargeoff, try a goodwill letter to the OC.(samples at creditboard.com)

If it was AFTER a chargeoff, the only legitimate dispute you can make is that the account was paid, and HOPE that it gets deleted, rather than being shown as a paid chargeoff.
