Who cares? As the lawyers say, 'irrelevant, impertinent, and immaterial'.

Never pay a CA anything, nothing, ever. Let them charge interest on the interest on the interest on the late fees on the one-time waivers on the filing costs on the interest. Matters not. You're not going to pay them anything. Ever.
