As for calling neighbors - I had that happen with another law school drop out; called the people who's house number was one different than mine.

My solution - I called the police in his ciyt and reported harrassment calls. They referred me to my local police whom I also filed a report with. Both departments contacted the 'paralegal' doing the calling and behold - they have ceased to even THINK my name much less call.

These guys love fear and intimidation - give them all they can handle - OH - they CAN'T take it when handed back to them.
