How long ago was this? If she didn't dispute the charges within 60 days of the bill showing the charges, she can't recover the money from the CC company. It's also a pretty good indication that she didn't have a problem with your "unauthorized" usage of her credit card and gave her authorization by implication.

She's probably out of luck filing charges against you. Unless, of course, she can prove you hid the bill from her and she never knew of the charges. Even then, I think her allegation would probably be viewed as "sour grapes" brought on by the heightened emotions of divorce proceedings.
