I do NOT suggest any changes in your address or tel#. You need to be able to notify your creditors of your lawyer's name and address.

Other than opting out, and making sure ALL your accounts are listed on your filing, and making sure that any judgments are VACATED by the lawyer when you get your final discharge, there is nothing else I can suggest you do right now.

When the smoke clears away, 2-3 Months AFTER your final discharge, you can dispute any accounts which are showing as collection items or chargeoffs on your reports, that DO NOT show included in BK.
IF that occurs, DO NOT dispute them as "should be included in BK", instead dispute them as "not mine, no such account with this creditor for this amount"
