If you have not already done so, file a complaint with the FTC, the NY Attorney General's Office, the BBB and the NY State Bar Assoc. for FDCPA violations and abuse of proccess and fraudulent extortion and violations of NY Consumer Protection Laws and filing a frivolous lawsuit.

Print out copies of all compaints and send them to the CA lawyer.
