In this state, I don't believe I have any responsibility to notify creditors of bk - the clerk already did that, and included my atty's name and phone, and sent me a copy.

I've been reading creditboards, but with extreme stress and the fog of slight depression interfering with my thought processes, have become a bit confused with all that's going on there. ;-) I'm sure in a few months I'll be able to figure it out, but needed someone to spell it out for me right now to make sure I'm on the right track.
