Hello all,

I hope you can help. I finally waited though the Statue of Limitations on all of my collection accounts and watched them automatically purged from my credit report. I was shocked to see that Arrow Financial Services had pulled a credit report on me and henceforth the company appears in the inquiry section. My question is, is it legal for Arrow Financial Services to pull your credit report on debt that is both past the statute of limitations and beyond the seven year reporting rule? The date that this account went initially past due was October, 1995. Any information and/or advise you can offer is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
