There is NO law that says "absolute" proof of accounting must be provided.

If you have filed your answer and notice of appearance, and are disputing any or all of the claims, or asserting the affirmative defense of SOL, they must DISPROVE your defenses.

In most Courts, reasonable proof that it is your debt is enough.If, of course, it is NOT your debt, then you only need to request their proof that it IS, if you have disputed it.

Unless you are prepared to perjure yourself and say it IS NOT yours, or if you have disputed the amounts or interest or fees, they do not HAVE to prove anything beyond some reasonable proof of the claim, and proof of their right to file the case.
