In August 2003 I received a letter from a law firm stating that an account(balance $2500) had been turned over to them for collection. I resronded that Ihad never had an account with that company and asked for the reciepts. I never heard from them until Friday when I got another letter stating that this was my last chance to settle the matter before they sued me(balance $3600. Don't they still have to produce the documentation in question and should the balance be the same?
