The Discover just came off this month. Their DOLA was 4/97. It came off early. However, FP has DOLA 12/97. My Experian report says "Account in dispute under Fair Credit Billing Act". What gives these collection agencies the right to add 8 months to the DOLA? What should I do, just wait? Could I sue for the 8 month up-aging? Probably isn't worth it.
