A bank in Virginia got a judgement against me, for a credit card account and now that bank was taken over by another bank.Can the CA attorney still come after me? or do they need the judgement recorded in the name of the new bank? What if the Ca attorney tries to collect in the name of the bank that was taken over? Should I call the attorney?
