Hi, i just found this site and have read many pages.It is a great site, lots of info. It has made me feel just a little better. I am in the state of Iowa, i think most of my accounts have been charged off since 1999 or later... and i have no $$> And a one is trying to sue... i have to go file answer got papers deleivered last week... im sure this will now be the 1st of many.... i am considering BK when i cnget the $$ to do so... im just so sick. Ok my Questions...
1) I settled with Citibank thru a CA.. i am paying $15.00 a month probably for the rest of my life. I sent them a check for one of my payments not thinking.. so now will they all have accsess to my checking acount>? This is a different account that i had since used yrs ago.
2) Why do some settle for small amounts and others wont even talk to you?
3) If i have more than one jugdement will one take over another..or do they all just fight for a peice of me?
I hope this makes sence.... i have read thru this all weekend even a few pages of archives. Im sure i will have more questions later... Thank you.
