This is the first time after all of my posting over the last couple weeks that somebody actually suggested filing BK. So, you are saying I can rebuild my credit in about two years, but BK stays reported for 7-10 years ... if I can pay off or settle my debt which is not nearly as high as many people who file for BK, wouldn't this have less devastating consequences on my credit?
