this man came to my office demanding to reposses my son's veh, which I co-signed for. I tried to explain that i would get the veh & return it to him,but he was loud, demanding & wouldn't accept my offer. he continued to threaten me with filing a police report to charge me with a felony, is this harressment? he would'nt leave my building and a lot of people heard him accuse me of refusing to give up the vehicle.
