bankruptcy question

I am currently on ssdi.I have 2 credit cards that I cancelled(total owed $1500.00) and 4 payday loan accounts($2500.00) Little less than $4000.00 total.I cannot pay these at this time.Only have $200.00 left over after rent and electric etc.Is it smart to file BK? Will payday loans be discharged in BK? Had to borrow to pay DR and Med bills.Now cannot pay back.
