Am I right to assume that you are judgement proof. That means you have no attachable assets. They can not touch your ssdi, so if you don't own property, there is no point in filing bk. It's not likely that they will sue you. If they do, they can not collect.(Unless you own property or have other paid for assets). Best advice I can give you is to ignore CAs. Let the machine pick up, watch caller ID. Just don't talk to them. They will lie and threaten and try to tell you that you have to pay, you don't and they can't do anything about it.
