OK, then either settle with them or file bk. If you settle with one CA, expect to be sued by the rest, including medical bills. Medical bills, and medical bills will go to CAs for collection, just the same as your credit cards. I seriously doubt that you can pay 5.00 a month as you stated. They will be just as aggressive in collecting those medical bills as they are in other bills. Have you considered talking to a consumer attorney? www.naca.net Once you have been served, I think you need either a consumer attorney or a bk attorney. That's my 2 cents.
