Medical bills, and medical bills will go to CAs for collection, just the same as your credit cards. I seriously doubt that you can pay 5.00 a month as you stated. They will be just as aggressive in collecting those medical bills as they are in other bills. Have you considered talking to a consumer attorney? www.naca.net Once you have been served, I think you need either a consumer attorney or a bk attorney. That's my 2 cents.
