Oh my, isnt' this attorney showing his impeccable credentials, educated as he was at John Wayne Gacy School of Legal Studies and Other Kool Subjex.

See, this dimwit wants to find out if you're on to him by asking if you've retained counsel. Very much like the thug who approaches the cops at a murder scene, tactfully inquiring as to whether they have a suspect yet, hoping they won't notice the telltale spatters on his sleeve.

Subtle. This cretin needs a nice report forwarded to the Bar association as well as the FTC. Not nice to threaten actions one has no intention of taking.

As for 'breach of contract', oh, my. This jerkxxx isn't shilling for Assxxxx Acceptic Crap-o-ration by any chance, is he? This is one of their fave 'actions'.

Insult upon injury. AssXXXX sues without warning, refuses to validate, re-ages debt, alleges 'breach of contract'.

Meaningless. Yeah, you broke the contract when you quit paying. Self-evident, breach is sound and fury signifying nothing.

As for Shortcut Sxity, this lowly author can attest to the fact they are a peachy keen outfit with whom to do business. Once.

Their 'expert installers' turned out to be a bunch of lowlive bullshale artistes subcontracting to Circuit, thus absolving them of all liability. Just as well, they almost set the place on fire. Fine workmanship.

Paid these bums, then paid reputable local small contractors to undo the sleaze-ola slob job performed by Shortcut Sxity. Don't you make the same mistake.

CRRS letters to corporate went, as you would expect, unanswered. When the dumbell installers last saw this wretched writer in the local eaterie, they quickly turned tail and bugged out. Odd.

Oddly enough,
