A lot of the advice I get on here is to dispute everything and fight these sleazeballs, but it seems most people who I speak to personally (attorneys I have briefly discussed my case with, a court clerk that I know, etc.) seem to be telling me that eventually I am going to have to pay somehow eventually so it is in my best interest to settle if I can...I am in a bind...I have a law firm suing me for a cc debt plus their b.s. arbitration and attorney fees without much time to do anything. I am trying to read as much as I can from all the available resources on the web and I plan on requesting a postponement on my case to buy myself more time to organize a strategy/consult an attorney...At this late stage in the game, is it still possible to request debt validation?
