I wasn't the one who brought up SSI and my story has not changed...I am being sued in Supreme Court which a court employee said to me was odd because he thought it had to go to a lower court first and would not normally go to Supreme Court for a relatively small amount...I mentioned medical bills for the first time because I am not being aggressively pursued for them as of now; I want to deal with the case against me right now. I did not mention being on SSI in any of my posts. That was the original poster. I merely questioned the option of bankruptcy for the size of my debt.
