didnt know i had to ask something lol. our attorney general will not answer points of law and the interest laws on credit make no sense at all to me. (read them 100 times) so while i dont know..i do know mine are charging almost 30% to me. i cant stop them,..so whatever they want. charge away, i cant pay it. 1200$ a year..i figured out. about that. but thats assigned..and not a sold debt.
