After my rent,utilities and other bills,I have been paying the rollover fees on payday loans.I just keep extending them and not getting paid off.That is one reason I was considering BK.If I owe $2500.00 I am sure they are not going to accept like $20.00 a month.Credit cards I have not paid on since Feb.03.I live in wisconsin.Also,on one of the payday loans,they turned it in to the bank on 3/5/ and I got an nsf charge.I told them on 3/6 that I would be in on the 17th to set up a payment plan and they tried to cash it again on the 10th,which gave me another nsf charge.This after I told them I would be in on the 17th and they said fine.I originally took out this loan in june 03 for $400.00.Total amount due is $488.00.I have been paying $88.00 a month for 8 months already,and I still owe $488.00.
